Perhaps I can help. I am an Insured, DBS checked, certified therapeutic art coach and Reiki practitioner, working predominantly with corporate clients and busy professionals. My training is accredited by the IPHM + ACCPH.

I provide therapeutic writing and coaching sessions at my Somerset-based home studio which is located a stone’s throw from Burnham-on-Sea’s town center and the seafront.
Sessions may assist with anxiety, chronic fatigue, autoimmune illnesses, low confidence, stress, and much more. As an experienced journalist, I offer clients the opportunity to be creative with their words, alongside calming wellbeing techniques. Activities include journaling, writing prompts, monthly seasonal themes, and creative writing activities. We may also use therapeutic art techniques such as drawing emotions as colours, creating a collage, mindful drawing, and so much more.
Nothing is set in stone, and you lead the way. You do not need to be a writer or an artist; the focus is on complete relaxation, not the work produced.
My therapeutic writing sessions are an enriching social activity and are suitable for everyone from busy professionals and corporate clients, to elderly individuals who enjoy creativity, writing, journaling and reminiscing on times gone by. Arrange a private, dedicated 1-1 session or book with a friend or family member. Available in person or online.

Calming Reiki Treatments
enhance your sessions with calming and relaxational reiki from a fully qualified level 2 practitioner. DBS checked & insured.
For those looking to create the ultimate relaxing experience, I can add a relaxing Reiki treatment to your appointment or arrange a dedicated session. Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, performed seated or lying down fully clothed with the exception of shoes. It can be a hands-on or non-physical touch treatment. I work best as a hands-on practitioner as I find gentle, therapeutic touch to be a highly beneficial part of the session and to regulate the nervous system, especially with clients who suffer from chronic fatigue and similar issues. However, I’m always more than happy to work to whatever feels right for you and we can discuss this at the start of every appointment.
How can it help? Reiki promotes relaxation and reduces stress, aiding in pain management and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. People may use it to help with issues such as fibromyalgia, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, fatigue, grief, emotional trauma, and to improve sleep quality.
Reiki is considered a complementary holistic treatment, but if you have serious underlying health conditions, please check with your GP before our session.
